It’s my belief that weddings are about the people. It doesn’t matter where, or how much money you spend, but the love that’s in the room.

Becky & Ben opted to get ready at home, before heading to the local registry office for their wedding ceremony. They topped it off by heading back home to have an epic garden party.

Neighbourhood complaints you ask? Not these guys, who’d been mates with their neighbours for years! They’d even had a gate built to connect their gardens for help looking after the dogs, that was then opened up to make more room for wedding guests!

Talk about making your wedding personal, this one had was as personal as possible. And it was felt in spades.

If you don’t believe it in fate, strap in. Becky & Ben both worked together in a school, where their paths weren’t scheduled to cross. Until someone cancelled. And thus began the start of what would turn out of be one of the most beautiful relationships I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing.

Saying their I do’s and partaking in formalities at St Albans registry, the pair shared a small intimate ceremony with their nearest and dearest. Emotions were high, with laughs, and tears, but it ended in nothing but happiness and beaming smiles!

Family is the forefront focus for these two. Becky’s bridesmaids were her sisters, who all rallied together to help with all sorts throughout the day.

Capturing this wedding filled with relaxed love and joy, and a few happy tears, was truly an honour.
