Elegant & Chilled Woolverstone Hall Wedding
Saturday brought the glorious sun along with it, and finally, a wedding with NO rain! My second shooter, Leon claimed it was his doing, as he’s never had a wedding rained out. (Lucky duck!)
Goodbye April showers, finally!
A beautifully relaxed day, it was an absolute joy to capture their Woolverstone Hall wedding photography!
What did they want out of their wedding? What would be the thing to look back on? Hayley’s answer: “Happy memories”. Mission accomplished!
From a Chance Meeting to Uniting a Family.
Their story started at The Battesford Pub on one of Stuart’s work nights out — a chance meeting that changed everything.
Fast forward to Christmas Day 2019, standing outside the new house they were about to move into, Stuart popped the question.
A simple, heartfelt moment marking the start of the family they were building together.
And that’s exactly what they were looking forward to most on their wedding day: being fully united as a family.
They wanted their photos to reflect that; full of happy memories, candid smiles, and a sense of togetherness that shines through every frame.
A Just-Married Aisle Moment To Remember
As Hayley led Stu back down the aisle, the energy was a vibe. Finally these two, united logistically were now also united in name and by law.
Making their family feel even more whole.
Centred around a good time with the people they love, the setting at Woolverstone Hall didn’t disappoint.
With its grand charm and character, it was the perfect setting for a day that felt both elegantly meaningful and beautifully low-key.
These two weren’t interested in tradition for tradition’s sake… they wanted a day that reflected them, and they absolutely nailed it.
BBQ Feasts, No Seating Plans & The Wedding They Wanted
I love it when a couple makes their wedding intentionally relaxed. Couples who want the joy of a wedding with a minimal amount of stress, fuss or arguments.
Just embracing the day for what it is, their introduction to a new chapter.
Instead of a formal sit down meal, guests tucked into an incredible BBQ, adding to their chilled vibe. With no seating plan, no strict timings, just good food with good people.
Woolverstone Hall Wedding Photos
This is exactly why their Woolverstone Hall wedding photography feels so full of life: people chatting wherever they pleased, kids running around the grounds, laughter echoing against the hall’s walls. It was chilled, warm, and wonderfully authentic.
