Louise & Chris’ Wedding Photography at tHe Reid Rooms
Louise and Chris said their wedding vows in front of family and friends at the Reid Rooms, a gorgeous wedding venue in the Essex countryside. Having her own craft business Louise made most of the decor herself and opted for a creative Alice in Wonderland theme. It was an honour to be able to capture their Reid Rooms wedding photography.
The week of the wedding there was a lot of rain, and it had me a bit worried for Louise & Chris’ big day. But come the day of Louise & Chris’ wedding, we said goodbye to April showers and even hello to some sunshine. It turned out to be a beautiful spring day for a wedding!
Alice in wonderland Themed Wedding
Creating an Alice in Wonderland theme for the wedding, Louise really worked hard to include lots of details. From ‘Wrong Way’ signs, to ‘Drink me’ labels on the bottle, to the afternoon tea cup centrepieces. If you know me, I love a wedding couple that embrace something they love and include it in their wedding. Louise and Chris did exactly that, and it all came together really well.
Louise who runs Dolly Bea’s Crafts, was no stranger to making decor items for weddings, and so made most of her bits herself. I know right, how talented is she!? Claiming their day as their own and a day unlike anyone else’s. That’s completely what a wedding should be, right?
