Lively Wedding Reception at Little Channels
After choosing heart over hype for their intimate Rayleigh Windmill ceremony, Abi & Andrew carried that exact same energy into their reception at Little Channels, near Chelmsford, Essex.
And honestly? It was so them.
If their wedding journey tells you anything, it’s that these two don’t do things for show. They nearly cancelled their first date over a rooftop bar suggestion.
Then they cancelled a whole Cotswolds weekend wedding because it didn’t feel right.
When it came to their reception, it was never about over-the-top production.
It was about their people.
Little Channels was the perfect setting to bring everyone together. Warm, welcoming, and relaxed, ideal for a couple whose main goal was simply “being married” and, as they added, “the food.”
Priorities absolutely in order.
Emotional Speeches & Unfiltered Moments
Speeches brought the full spectrum. Laughter. A few emotional moments (yes Andrew, I’m mentioning it again). Proper belly laughs.

No swanky rooftop bar. No Cotswolds extravaganza. Just a packed dance floor, brilliant food, and a room full of people who mattered.
