Natalie & Andy’s Great Hallingbury Manor Wedding

Natalie & Andy had their Great Hallingbury Manor wedding one autumn day in September. The weather was warm but not too hot and it wasn’t too far into autumn that it was too cold either.

Great Hallingbury Manor was an extra special wedding venue as this year is their last year doing weddings! I was super happy to have the opportunity to shoot at Great Hallinbury Manor once more before the weddings their came to an end.

It’s a total shame because I’d absolutely recommend Great Hallingbury Manor as a wedding venue every day of the week. The staff were fantastic every step of the way, from the event manager, to the hotel receptionist, to the amazing toastmaster, to the resident DJ, to the bar staff. Everyone was super accommodating and made me feel so well looked after, it was a pleasure to work with them all.

an Intimate wedding ceremony

Wanting to have a relaxed day with their close family, both Natalie and Andy had gotten ready in great time. We were just heading out for some photos when their 3 year old decided he needed to use the loo, making mum a tad late to the wedding! I assured Andy his bride was still coming, who had only started to feel nervous when she was a bit late. A few minutes later we went ahead as planned!

Having their nearest and dearest in attendance at the wedding ceremony made for a such a beautiful, intimate and lovely service. As Natalie walked down the aisle with mum and son, three generations made their way to meet Andy at the front of Great Hallingbury Manor’s wedding ceremony room.

Mum was a bit emotional as they reached the front but did a fab job and I’ve no doubt, is extremely proud of her gorgeous daughter. She even gave an emotion speech after dinner, which had her and Natalie in a bout of happy tears again.

Natural, Fun wedding Photography!

After an emotional ceremony, there was plenty of time for the son of the newlyweds to feed the ducks! We fed the ducks and even chased the ducks and the energy of this little one didn’t falter one bit! Even joining in with the first dance for a while, before deciding he wanted to dance on his own. Then continued to dance his way around mum and dad, the new Mr and Mrs Powell.

Congratulations once again! It was amazing to be a part of your day. I can’t thank you both enough for having me capture your wedding story! Scroll down for some more photos from Natalie & Andy’s Great Hallingbury Manor Wedding!
