Tears, Laughter & Third Time Lucky for Hollie & Reece
Some wedding stories stick with you and Hollie & Reece’s day at Gosfield Hall is one of them.
After planning not one, but two weddings abroad that never happened, this was their third time lucky.
And what a day it was.
Full of emotion, raw connection, and love that had been building for years.
Capturing it all through Gosfield Hall wedding videography was an absolute joy to be a part of their honour.
Something we wouldn’t have experienced had either of their other two weddings gone ahead.
The Day That Almost Didn’t Happen (Twice)
The morning brought a few hiccups, as weddings tend to. We couldn’t find the pins for the buttonholes, or one of the boys shirts.
Luckily, there was time to rectify this, and all went off from there without a hitch.
By the time Hollie walked down that aisle, it was clear that this was supposed to have been their day from the get go. The universe just had to do a little tinkering.
A day full of unforgettable moments and a fare few tears, it was a joy to capture their wedding film.
Proposing in the Ice Thrones at Winter Wonderland
Hollie & Reece met at school. They were friends first before getting together.
But Reece knew he’d found his person, and as such decided a surprise proposal was in order. And a surprise it was indeed!
Reece carried the engagement ring round in his pocket all day, finally popping the question as Hollie sat in one of the ice thrones on her birthday trip to Winter Wonderland!
That personal moment kicked off the journey that led to this big, love-filled celebration at Gosfield Hall.
