Lucymai & Louie’s Sunset Chappel Viaduct Engagement Session
These two saw some wonderful sunset photos of Chappel Viaduct in Essex online, and wanted their engagement photos there.
Now lighting changes hour by hour and day by day, so it wasn’t promised we’d have photos similar to the ones they’d seen online.
However the sunshine was on our side and the magic golden light blessed us for the evening. Set against the towering brick arches and glowing sunset, this shoot was full of love, laughs and fun. Just how I like it!
Climbing the Viaduct for Photo Ops
There’s a shot you’ll notice a little later, where Lucymai & Louie are sitting in the brick structure.
Guess where I was? In the one directly opposite with my cameras. I did need a little help from Louie to get up and down, but it was worth it for that awesome shot.
It was a shot Lucymai wanted, and added fun and adventure to their photos. We walked around the structures, taking a variety of awesome shots, showing this wonderful couple just being them.
A Surprise Proposal (Sort Of!)
Just when you think you’ve reached the height of shooting, you’ve got all you need, we decided to do some fake proposal shots!
With a cheeky grin, Louie got down on one knee and had Lucymai bursting into laughter. Whether it’s heartfelt or hilarious, capturing your personality is what it’s all about for me.
